The traditional rotating mechanism can no longer meet its requirements, and a new rotating mechanism must be designed. To this end, a rotating mechanism with a single heat-treated large steel pipe was developed.

The rotating mechanism of a single heat-treated large steel pipe is composed of a support base, a rotating ring, a positioning device, and rollers.

The working condition of the large steel pipe rotating mechanism is like a large roller bearing. The rotating ring is like the inner ring of the bearing. Four positioning devices composed of compression springs and rollers are installed on it, which can be used to adjust the gap and concentricity between the steel pipe and the inner wall of the sensor.

The rotation of the steel pipe is connected to the rotating ring by a transmission device, which drives the entire mechanism to rotate. This mechanism can only make the steel pipe rotate, but cannot make the steel pipe move forward. The advancement of the steel pipe is completed by another set of specialized mechanisms.
