During the quenching process, different power levels can be applied to different parts. It is equipped with an induction heating quenching quality monitoring system, which can display, record, store, and query induction heat treatment process parameters in real time. It uses a CNC numerical control system with keyboard input, storage of quenching programs, and automatic program control. A quenching medium circulation cooling system can be directly installed with the quenching machine.
