This quenching machine employs a workpiece movement method for quenching parts, suitable for continuous moving quenching and overall heating quenching of small shaft and disc parts. The quenching machine tool is available in various structural forms, including single-axis, dual-axis, single-station, and dual-station models. The system utilizes CNC systems from KND or Siemens and is connected to a high-frequency power supply to automate the quenching process. The quenching machine tool supports continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, segmented continuous quenching, and segmented simultaneous quenching.

Mainly used for: quenching equipment for gears, discs, and shafts. The control system adopts a PLC control system. Multiple quenching programs can be stored for users to call up at any time.
The LP-SK-1000 quenching machine tool has processing methods such as continuous quenching, simultaneous quenching, segmented continuous quenching, and segmented simultaneous quenching.
The workpiece is moved using a single-station independent drive system, and various processing parameters for each station can be set separately. Equipped with a main spraying system and an auxiliary spraying system, it can meet the quenching process requirements of some special parts. It also has a sufficient number of spare interfaces for quenching fluid and coolant.
The upper processing area of the quenching machine tool is completely isolated from the lower drive and moving parts in the structural design, ensuring that the quenching liquid will not seep into the drive and moving parts, and naturally avoiding the impact of the quenching liquid on the drive and moving parts caused by poor sealing or damage to the sealing parts.
