The core quenching system adopts a multi-process adaptability design, which can flexibly realize various process combinations such as "external spray + internal spray + rotation" and "external spray + internal spray + rotation + semi-immersion". It can precisely control the quenching parameters for special steel pipes with different materials and wall thicknesses (such as petrochemical pipes, mechanical pipes, and boiler pipes). With the combination of pressurized jet-type external spray nozzles and pressure-holding and shock-absorbing internal spray circuits, it ensures uniform quenching of the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe, significantly improves the hardenability and microstructure uniformity of the steel pipe, strengthens the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the steel pipe, and extends the service life of the product.

The quenching water system is equipped with three-stage filtration and intelligent temperature control, automatically adjusting cooling and heating to maintain a stable quenching water temperature. It also enables the recycling and reuse of the quenching fluid, reducing energy consumption and production costs by more than 20% compared to traditional equipment.

Utilizing a PLC or CNC control system with a user-friendly touchscreen, the system is easy to operate and features a clear display. It can preset and store quenching process parameters for various steel pipe specifications; changing products simply requires retrieving the corresponding program, significantly improving production efficiency and ease of operation.

The equipment integrates a process parameter monitoring system, which records and traces the processing information of each steel pipe in real time, including operator information, workpiece parameters, voltage, current, power, flow rate, and temperature.
