The GS-ZP-500 medium-frequency induction heating equipment is an IGBT-type medium-frequency induction heating furnace. It features high heating temperature, fast heating speed, short heating time, and uniform heating of metal materials. It minimizes surface oxidation and workpiece deformation, and utilizes non-contact heating. The maximum output power is 500KW, and the operating frequency range is 2-10KHZ. Typically, the actual operating frequency is determined by the heating coil and capacitor, and is matched to the billet size. The IGBT heat sink in the core of the equipment is made of pure copper, and the internal connection structure uses pure copper panels, high-strength rubber tubing, and stainless steel water pipes. The device can record alarms and fault events that occur during operation, and all saved events can be viewed on the system display unit.

Heat treatment: Quenching and annealing of mechanical metal parts (surface, internal holes, local parts, and overall parts) for automotive parts, internal parts, etc.
Through-heat forming: Heating of round steel with a diameter of less than 100mm for stretching, shaping, embossing, etc.
Quenching: Suitable for φ100-φ250mm steel bars, with a quenching depth of 3.5-6mm.
