The medium frequency induction heating power supply has high efficiency and obvious power saving, which is 60% less than traditional equipment and 20% less than SCR medium frequency. When it performs quenching heat treatment on the transmission shaft, the quenching speed is very fast, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of oxidation and decarburization of the transmission shaft during the quenching process, ensures the quenching effect of the transmission shaft, and makes the surface hard layer of the transmission shaft after quenching. The thicker ductile area has better compressive internal stress, which makes the workpiece have higher fatigue resistance and breaking capacity.
