The screw is an important part of the car, generally composed of a cylinder and a thread. During the operation of the car, the screw has to bear strong friction and certain corrosion. Therefore, the production usually requires the screw to have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high service life and strength.

In order to meet the needs of screw work, many heat treatment manufacturers use high-frequency induction hardening machines to quench and heat-treat it. After quenching by this equipment, there is a thick hardened layer on the surface of the screw, and the service life is 3-5 times that of traditional heat treatment.
