Half Shaft Induction Quenching

The half shaft is a solid shaft that transmits torque between the differential and the drive wheels. Its inner end is generally connected with the gear through the spline and the outer end is connected with the hub. Because it will withstand the huge friction in the course of work, for this reason, we often use high frequency induction hardening machine on the half shaft for quenching heat treatment to improve its hardness and wear resistance. So that it's more durable.

While this machine is quenching for half shaft, the heating rate is very fast, and it has main features of high efficiency, small oxide and perfect quenching effect, in order to extend the service life of the half axle. Even better, in the quenching process, we can adjust the operating frequency and heating time according to the need, to accurately control the surface hardness value. So that the martensite of the hardened layer is finer, and its hardness, strength and toughness are relatively high, to meet their work requirements.

Within its work, the machine will not produce noise and dust, which greatly improves the working environment for workers to ensure the health of workers, in line with national policy requirements. This machine can be used for quenching different specifications of the half shafts. For the diameter from 30mm to 150mm of the axle, our company can recommend for you the appropriate high-frequency equipment to meet your requirements.
